Mudslinger's 4H Club

New Enrollments will be accepted from October - May Only! Child must be 8 years old and in the 3rd grade to participate in riding events!

**  Mudslingers meets the first Wednesday of every month, except September.  Meetings are held at the Longhouse at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe at 7pm.  If new and not on email list, please send email or call to confirm **

Enrollment Process:

• Complete the required paperwork: Enrollment form front & back, No - Fault Form, Medical Release, Motorcycle / ATV regristration and the ATV Age / Size Waiver
• Pay the $10.00 dues, Make the check payable to Mudslingers 4H.  ($5.00 is a donation to Leader's Council to support all 4H members, $2.00 is for the small insurance policy and $3.00 is for the 4H Motorcycle Program.
  

Please note that dues are non-refundable, it is  suggested that you attend a meeting before joining to see if the Mudslingers meet your needs.

Riding Gear Requirements:

Make sure that you have the required riding gear:

• Full-face helmet
• Eye Protection
• Long sleeved shirt
• Gloves
• Jeans or motorcycle riding pants
• leather lace-up boot over the ankle
  or Motorcycle boots (rubber boots and tennis shoes are not acceptable).

Make sure Motorcycle / ATV meets the following requirements:

• USDA/USFS approved spark arrestor
• Current ORV tabs
• Vehicle must be in safe running condition.
• Put together a toolkit to carry on rides and events: Fanny pack, copy of current Medical
  Release Form, phillips and common screwdrivers, master link, duct/electrical tape,
  zip tires, spark plug, plug wrench, sandpaper, pliers, vice grips, wire.
  Optional: First Aid / Survival Kit.
